Christmas in July, Part 3

Hi Hi! So the Christmas in July challenge really kicked my butt into gear and got me going. I have a goal to have at least 20 Christmas cards by November. I'm thinking if I create at least one a week, I should be ready by then.

I used Beanie Anya from The Greeting Farm. My dp is the Homemade Christmas stack from DCWV which is completely opposite of traditional Red and Green Christmas. But fear not as I have 2 stacks that are traditional and I need to make a dent in those ;)

Thanks for stopping by!!

I'm playing with:
Anyone for Anya - Christmas in July
Sketch Saturday - Sketch 218. Loooove this sketch, I see myself using this one a lot more.

Christmas in July

Happy Saturday! I'm here today featuring Amelia from the new Lovey Dovey couple in a whole new light. I thought Id give her the Christmas twist and she looks just as cute :)

Since today is Saturday, it also means a new TGF Sketch exclusively made for the Splitcoaststampers forum. It is Sketch 28. I may have omitted a button here or there from the sketch but the overall feel is there. :D

FFF: Dies/Punch

Happy Friday!! Wow, Friday already? This week just zoomed by!  Ok so onto our FFF Challenge for the week. The theme is Punches and Dies. Dig up those punchers and get punching, hehe. I used for the first time a MS puncher that I bought over a year ago. Talk about eessh!! I used the adorable new Ollie from the OA Lovey Dovey set. Isn't he the cutest little train conductor ever?!

Make sure to visit the TGF Blog to check out the rest of the samples created by my farm sisters.

Also, I wanted to remind you that you still have time to play along in the SCS Sketch. Use the sketch as inspiration and use a Greeting Farm image and you're in the running. The deadline is today Friday, July 27 at 11:59pm CST.

I created two samples.
A "fancier" version which has layers and butterflies and flowers, etc.
I used the adorable new Do Si Do Anya. She's great for all sorts of cards.

My "simpler" version features the new Lovey Dovey couple.

Ok, that really is all for now :) I hope you have a great Friday. Thanks for stopping by!!

Grey Goes West Release Hop

Hey All. Today we are celebrating a brand new saucy release over at Graphicat Designs. It is a combined release of Western "raunchy" :) sentiments as well as some "naughty" Fifty Shades of Grey ones. If you are just starting make sure you HOP BACK TO THE START with Cheri where you will find a freebie. If you have been hopping along then WOW, right!! and that means you should be hoping over from Sarahs

The theme of the blog is Western and 50 Shades but since I'm not much of a western gal (Nature and I just do not mesh well, lol) I decided to use the "smutty" 50 Shades sentiments. Hehehe. Ok so I'll confess and say that I haven't read any of the books. I have the general idea of what the first one is about but of course none of the juicy tidbits. So since this Mr Grey is Tall Dark and Handsome with a little kink in him I figured he is just the one we've all been dreaming about me :D

This sexy gal stamp is Raychel from Kraftin Kimmie. I thought she matched perfectly with this sentiment and  because I can just imagine this stance of hers as her online profile picture. You know how us gals can be :) lol

Ok so now hop on over to the Graphicat Sketch Challenge to see the sketch of the week and another freebie. WooHoo!! To see the complete new release, Check them out here
Thanks for stopping by!!

Ps. For a chance to win one of the new sentiments, leave a comment and a random winner will be chosen. Also one person will win the complete release, but for that you must play along  with the sketch :) Remember that you can rotate the sketch if you need to, I did.

I will be playing with:
Kraftin Kimmie Challenge - 138 Stitching
Color Me Creative Classroom - Anything Goes with a Girly Twist

Here's another card featuring the adorable new Shiny Bean from The Greeting Farm. She looks adorable with her miniature fairy wings. Don't you just love the Beans, they are too cute!! And I just love that they have all that jazz around them, lol. I think they're especially great for CAS cards.

FFF: Pink Lemonade

Happy Friday!! We are back with a brand new FFF Challenge. The theme is Pink Lemonade: Use the Colors Pink and Yellow. I may have used a little more Pink than Lemonade on my card but I couldn't help it. It's like the Pink took a hold of me. Lol.

I used one of the stamps from Miss Anya Garland. Isn't she a beauty? This stamp set was released for Valentine but I think it very versatile. The images are adorable and the ink can be easily wiped from the letters before stamping so no signs of "love" will be left behind.

Please visit the TGF Blog to check out the rest of the refreshing Pink Lemonade samples. Lol

Retro-Fresh Challenge: Stars and Stripes

Hey All!!  Can you believe that we are already in July. Wow!!! Time is zooming by! Ok, so it is that time again: The Retro-Fresh Challenge over at the Farm. This month is all about Stars and Stripes ... but with a Twist (bom-bom-bom, lol). We don't want it to be traditional stars and stripes/red, white and blue. We want you to have fun with your colors

Inside of Card and Front of Envelope

I created a Cool Kind of Dude card that can be used for birthday or for a whatever occasion. I used WS Ryan with his gorgeous mane and who kind of reminds me of Riley from Eclipse. Cute!! :)

Ok so now it's your turn to ink up your TGF stamps and show us your stars and stripes. You'll have almost a full month to play along. Just remember to use a stamp that is at least 6 months or older. To view a list of the qualifying stamps, click HERE.

Hop on over to The TGF Blog to check out what my DT Sisters created. Thanks for stopping by!

I am a Greeting Farm Farmer!!!! WooHoo!!!

Happy Monday Farm Friends! I'm extremely EXCITED!!! Over the Moon THRILLED!!!! to announce that I am a new Showcase Farmer. I have been bursting at the seams for the past 6 months about my new DT spot and I'm finally able to let it out. Insert long sigh, Lol!!  For those that are familiar with my work know that I am a HUGE fan of the farm and so I'm def going to have fun for the next 6 months.

For my Introduction Card I used Blush Bettie. She is the newest member of the Blush Society and I so heart her. Although I find her adorable, she doesn't have that adorable look like Anya or the Beans, she's a little more grown up and that is what is so great about her. She also comes with her own sentiment "Oh Hello" but if you're in the mood for a bigger background stamp then you must pick up Blush Thanks as well. This stamp is a great addition to the Blush Society and can be used with all the Blush Girls. I didnt use it on this project but I will soon.

Medium: Prismacolor Pencils. Paper: DCWV. Flowers: Prima, Misc.

Ok, do you want a chance to win your own Blush Bettie? Better yet, do you want to win the whole July release? Yes you heard right, the complete release!! Talk about WOW!!!! 5 singles and 1 set.

Hop around to say Hello and leave some bloggy love to all the new Showcase Farmers. You will have until July 3, 10pm CST to get those comments in. Plus, make sure to hop on over to Peggy's blog to Welcome her back to the farm. She has returned as our team captain and we are very happy! to have her with us. Once you've made the rounds :) hop on back to the TGF Blog to leave some love there.

Here's the lineup. Happy Hopping and Happy Shopping - as I know you want Bettie and the rest of the gang to come with you ;)

JESS (Thats Me!)

Ps. One last picture. I just wanted to share the card I created for the call. It brought a smile to my face when I created it and even BIGGER smile when I found out the Amazing news!!! Thanks for stopping by!
