"Snow and Cocoa" Inspired, p.2

Happy Friday farm friends, I'm on the TGF blog with another "Snow and Cocoa" inspired post. As you know, the Crate and Paper line is sooo cute with its pinks and blues but that also means that its really popular and sold out pratically every where.  Yesterday's project was inspired by a polr bear tag found in the ephemera pack.

Todays project was inpired by the whole line. I took elements from different pieces and used them as inspiration. I created 4 cards size 3x4 which I found  were the perfect size to play and experiment. Plus, they are perfect for a DD album or for project life. I used several greeting farm sets for this project. I like looking at all the smaller stamps on the sets because they can be used to create awesome mini projects.  I hope you found inspiration here and give it a go to create your own set. Happy weekend!

Hello All! I'm on the Quick Creations blog today and today I have a Christmas card featuring the adorable greeting farm reindeers.  I was inspired by the poloraid frames found in the "odds and ends" pack and so I thought it would be cute to make it look as if its their christmas card that they are sending out to their snow friends. hehe. Cute, right! I hope you found inspiration here today and start on your christmas projects.
Thanks for stopping by.

Snow and Cocoa Inspired

Happy Thursday farm friends, I'm on the TGF bog with a "Snow and Cocoa" inspired post. The absolute super cute pink and colorful winter-christmas line released by Crate Paper has been very popular amongst us crafters and thus has been extremely hard to find. Everywhere I look, most of it is sold out and so I decided to be inspired by the line and by an  ephemera piece in particular. This greeting farm polar bear from the set "Let It Snow" was perfect to recreate the bear tag (seen in the top picture), I like a lot from the ephemera pack.

I created my tags by: stamping the bear with black ink, creating a mask for the bear and applying it to the tag, using distress inks of various aqua shades and pink and then stamping the mini stars found on the stamp set. This doesn't require much coloring as the bear is stark white but you can opt for minor shading as I did.  These are quick, simple and great for mass production.  Now its your turn to give it a go. I hope it's snowing wherever you find yourself.

NOVEMEBER Farm Fresh Challenge: Fall Colors

Happy November! It's that time again to bring you some farmer inspiration for the new farmer monthly challenge. The theme is... FALL COLORS  In most parts of the country, the weather has cooled down, the leaves are changing color and pumpkin everything is in full swing but for me, well let's just say that beach attire is still appropriate. I thought of creating a "sunny" theme card featuring the fall colors but I decided that the woodland crittters are much more cute and lovable. These stamp sets are a couple of my favorites because they can be used for so much more than what they were intended for.

Make sure to click over to the TGF blog to see what the rest of the farmers created for you. You will also find the guidelines there so you can play along with us.

These Bunnies are Grateful For...

Hi! I'm on the greeting farm blog sharing a non-tradfitional thankful card. Around this time of year, we see lots of browns, oranges and yellows on our fall projects but I don't belive in those colors. I'm a beliver of pink, pink and more pink, hehe. So with that in mind, I used the cute bunnies from "Hoppy Hello", a set released last year, and I paired them with the sentiment from the Hello Fall set . They go perfect with each other and it goes to show that you can always mix and match lots of your tgf stamps (as you have seen on my projects). Happy friday and Thanks for stopping by!

Favorite Person to Laaugh With

Hello all! I'm over at the Quick Creations blog sharing a card featuring some adorable bunny friends. When I read the sentiments and the cuteness of the stamp set, I knew I needed to use it. The sweetness of the bunnies inspired me to create an "it'll be ok" type of card without actually saying those words. That is what is so great about the birdie brown sets, because they mix well with each other and they work for lots of different themes.
Thanks for stopping by!

Camp Create: Monochromatic Magic

Hello! I'm here to share a card created for MFT's Camp Create - Monochromatic theme. The Camp was put on to bring crafters together by participating in several challenges and join in on clean adult fun. Who said camp was only for kids?

My card was inspired by this adorable dragon that has a look of confusion. He looks like he's unsure of what's happening but that's what makes him great because he can be used for several type of projects, and here he's blue-ish and grey because the recipient is feeling ill, actually the recipient is "dragon (drag-in)" Get it? Lol, took me a bit to figure it out. I was hoping to join in on the rest of the challenges but time got the best of me. Til next camp time.

Sending Squishy Hugs

Hello All! I'm on the Quick Creations blog today sharing some squishy hugs inspiration featuring a disgruntled cat and her owner who can't let go.  I think we have all been this little girl at one point in our lives because we either want to squeeze our pet, a stuffed animal or baby/toddler to our hearts content (in a good way, of course). I was going for a happy and bright card to put a smile on the recipients face, hence the bright colors.

Now make sure to click on over to the Quick Creations blog for more inspiration and to the Quick Creations shop for your own goodies to play with. Noelle has filled the shop with lots of new goaodies from the greeting farm, krafting kimmie, doodlebug, echo park, my favorite things and many other. The mice are jumping all over the place with their cheese, cookies and gifts waiting for santa to drop by.
