The Greeting Farm May Release Blog Hop

Happy Sunday everyone! It’s finally here…..RELEASE DAY for the new MAY stamps: ANYA SHOPS, PERK UP, and OA-LET'S GRILL!! We had previews for these awesome stamps over the last few days and now they are available at The Greeting Farm Store

Since it’s Release Day we are having a BLOG HOP, where 1 lucky person will win this entire release! Be sure to leave a comment on each designer’s blog and then head back to The Greeting Farm Blog to let us know you completed the hop. You have until Wednesday, May 18th at 12pm CST to leave your comments below. A random winner will be chosen and announced later this week!

My project for you today features the Perk Up set and it also features the Mini-Remix Brewtiful (returning to the TGF store later this month) As a coffee (Starbucks) person, I thought it only right to combine these two sets and make a happy caffeine addicted bookmark :). Now it's time to hop on over to Lizzy's blog and see her amazing project. Happy Hopping!

The Dreamer

Happy Tuesday! I'm here today to share a bookmark made for the stack of books waiting to be read. It features The Dreamer from the Santoro/Gorjuss line, which I find perfect for this project. When I read, I immerse myself in that imaginary world and I daydream of all the possibilities the book has to offer.

Since today is my day over on the Quick Creations blog/shop make you sure you hop over where you'll find my post along with the materials I used linked to the shop. While there make sure you take a look around as Noelle is currently having a Back to School Sale.
Thanks for stopping by!

Good Morning! This is a real quickie post as I'm already running late over here on my end. Yikes. Lol.
I used collage/media mixed technique paper for my bookmark featuring this adorable hippie from Saturated Canary.

SOG FB Fun Day

(Image: Alice Mae)

Hello Bloggers!! Some Odd Girl held a FB Fun Day today. There were challenges, prizes, tutorials and lots of discounts. They also had a scavenger hunt which was pretty cool with a fun image as the prize.

(Inside of Card)

The first mini challenge of the day was to create our own embellishments.
I used the butterfly technique for my project.

The main challenge of the event was to color up a SOGgy with a non-traditional color. I was going for a Magenta Pink hair do but I'm cringing as I see that her hair looks reddish in this light. I used one too many different tones and so I may have failed the assignment. Lol.

Bookmarks Galore

Hi! I'm here to share with you a few of the bookmarks I'm making for my niece's class. My niece wants to give her friends a cute little gift and she figured, "hey, why not have my Tia make them" lol. That means that it is time to use up those scraps. To make them a little fun, not the standard boring rectangle, I'm used different shapes, sizes and characters for these bookmarks. I don't want to play favorites with my projects ;) but I think I like how the Hello Kitty one came out the best. Although, it might have something to do with the fact that she took longer to put together due to all her little parts. Grrrr. lol

Thanks for stopping by/commenting!
